Guest Blog: : Artistic Photography with Artist, Flo Siemsen
When I go out and look for pictures to take, I like to find things that you normally would just walk by. When something catches my eye, I need to take a picture of it!
Landscapes are one of my favorite things to take. There is so much beauty that surrounds us and I want to bring it to the forefront! Making you feel like you are right there, in the picture is my goal.
The roaring of a waterfall, the crashing of waves on a beach or the vibrant colors of Fall time are just some of the things that I want a person to enjoy, just by looking at my pictures!
Landscapes are not the only thing I enjoy taking pictures of. There are so many things that can be photographed and viewed as art! As the saying goes “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. Everyone has their own artistic take on photography. I found my true passion much later on in my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Don’t ever let anything get in the way of what you were meant to do and truly love!
Flo's exhibit is currently on display at the January 2021 exhibition at Gallery 120.
